Four Operating C-stores Up for Grabs in Alabama
The store sizes range from 1,800 square feet to 5,150 square feet, on sites that range from 1.21 acres to 2.8 acres. The pad site's land size is 26,250 square feet. All of the sites are being sold with real estate and without fuel supply or fuel brand.
"This sale offers some great opportunities for qualified dealers and distributors", said NRC Executive Director Evan Gladstone. "Anyone operating in or interested in this market should take a serious look at these sites."
The sale is being conducted through NRC's "buy one, some or all" sealed bid process. A site-specific Property Specific Package (due-diligence package) is available for download online from the NRC website.
The bid deadline is Tuesday, Oct. 8.
